The troubles began just three months after the purchase when the watch ceased to function. I purchased a TAG Carerra watch for my fiancé's 40th birthday and what followed was a series of frustrating and disheartening events that have left me questioning the credibility of this establishment. I am deeply disappointed by the shocking customer service and overall experience I recently had with TAG, specifically at their Trafford Centre store. Your money is far better spent on a reputable brand that stands by their products, and not this want-a-be luxury watch brand. Quite a disappointment, so the moral of the story.don't think of them as heirloom quality, but that of another company producing overpriced disposable products that aren't designed to last. a bit surprising for a company that professes to be 150 years old. So, the life span of a TAG Heuer is less than 30 years. ![]() for a luxury watch to simply be serviced. They simply refused, noting they wouldn't even replace the battery, as the watch was too old. I didn't need any replacement parts other than perhaps a watch back gasket and a battery. I explained that I simply wanted it to be serviced and cleaned. Upon calling them as to why, they said the watch was almost 30 years old and as such they don't offer replacement parts. They didn't so much as open the case and returned the watch "unrepaired", with no further explanation. Price was not a concern, as I just wanted the watch to be serviced, cleaned and polished. A family heirloom that was gifted to me on my 18th birthday that I wanted to hand down to my son on his 18th birthday. I recently sent a watch to them for service and restoration. "Acquiring a TAG Heuer watch is the beginning of a long-term relationship during which our experts will accompany you and provide all the necessary assistance and services."
